When a global manufacturer of industrial equipment needed assistance with its operational efficiency and effectiveness, they called The Nour Group. I worked with the CEO of U.S. Operations and his team to introduce change management with an emphasis on identifying, nurturing, and sustaining internal and external relationships to ideate the necessary changes, and experiment with the new processes via pilot programs and large-scale deployment. Subsequently, we’ve worked together on their mobile strategy, service strategy, and the realm of responsibilities of a newly created VP of Customer Experience.
