I received this note today and it filled my cup! This is why I love my job, focus on #RelationshipEconomics and working with great clients, who often become friends. Beyond the financial rewards, making a difference in the lives of others, matters!

I wanted tell you how much I enjoyed meeting you, as well as our subsequent interactions. Ironically, you really opened my eyes about the true value of “relationships economics”, specifically relationship currency and reputation capital.
Reading your book and listening to your presentations gave me a great deal of satisfaction in realizing I’ve been practicing many of the things that you talk about in developing relationships over my career. However, until meeting you, I never fully understood the potential value of my relationships, not did I practice the high level of focus and detail that you emphasize in order to successfully leverage the potential benefits that well founded and well managed relationship can provide. Because of you, I have personally committed to focusing much more on improving my relationship economic management and utilization skills. Thank you!
