I work closely with two types of executives:
Corporate / Association Executive Coaching – Modify Your Perspective and Behaviors
In my advisory work with a broad range of companies across a multitude of industries, I’m often asked to coach a senior corporate or association executive. Similar to the entrepreneurs I work with, these folks are usually very bright, and very competent in their respective roles or realm of responsibilities. My work here is typically less focused on skills or knowledge and much more on behaviors they may need to modify. What I’ve found over the years is that the higher you go, the lonelier the job gets. So, I’m often that much needed sounding board before embarking on an initiative, one last interview step before hiring or terminating that key executive, or role play partner before an important board meeting or earnings call.
Entrepreneurial Mentoring – Elevating Your Skills and Knowledge
The entrepreneurs and solo practitioners I work with are smart and successful. They may have recently left a corporate role and embarked on the next chapter of their professional lives as consultants or speakers. They may want to learn how to speak professionally, publish a commercial book or work more impactfully with their growing teams.
