He graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and went on to earn an Executive MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He resides in Atlanta, GA, with his family.

 

 

In the past decade, Nour has become passionate about motorcycles and rides an estimated 30,000 miles annually on the road, off-road, and on the track. As an Eagle Scout, Nour loves any opportunities to immerse himself and Nour Group clients in outdoor adventures.

About Jenn Cordz

Partner - Revenue Operations / Ethical Hacking / Learning Expeditions

Jenn brings close to two decades of digital, demand, revenue and security operations expertise to Nour Group. She was previously Director, Marketing Operations and Digital at SecurityScorecard (backed by Google Ventures, Sequoia, and Intel Ventures), and Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Systems Architect at GitLab (NASDAQ: GTLB).

Her extensive background includes experience in the design of websites, hardware, and software system architecture, as well as application development, cybersecurity monitoring, and threat detection. Past and current clients in hospitality, technology and eCommerce, rely on Jenn for effective strategy related to operations, marketing execution and scaling of digital marketing and security infrastructure systems to support quantifiable revenue growth and cyber risk mitigation.

 

She graduated from University of Washington with a double bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and International Business. She currently serves on two non-profit Boards lending her expertise to various environmental and sustainability initiatives.

 

Jenn’s passion for outdoor adventures make her an ideal guide in Nour Group’s Learning Expeditions including backcountry backpacking, whitewater rafting, and fly fishing adventures.

About Elaine Devine

Director of Operations

With over 25 years of technical, financial and business experience Elaine is the Director of Operations for Nour Group. Born and educated in the United Kingdom, Elaine has lived in Singapore, Saudi Arabia and the United States.

Prior experience has included land surveying, cartography and general management with local government in Scotland; engineering plan drafting in Saudi Arabia, computer aided design drafting for a regional civil engineering and a global environmental consulting firm in Atlanta and process engineering design for a specialty food services firm in Chicago, where she also managed the ISO 9000 certification program. On return to Atlanta in 2004, Elaine founded and operated an environmental design services practice catering to several regional and national consulting firms. During this time Elaine also managed the finances for a professional cooking school in Atlanta.

Elaine’s passion is motorcycling. She rides both on the road and track, enjoys tackling the challenges it presents, and spending time with the motorcycle community. Elaine lives in Marietta, Georgia with her husband Brian.

About Michele Konetski

Michele comes to The Nour Group with over 20+ years in the high-tech space, including 15 years focusing on cybersecurity, and brings experience from companies of all sizes and maturity. She is passionate about solving complex challenges and bringing new perspectives to build revenue-impacting programs that unite cross-functional teams through common strategy and disciplined execution. By combining her passion and collaborative style with her product marketing experience, she helps businesses achieve profitable growth with a focus on innovation and digital transformation.

Michele’s personal interests are as varied as Austin is diverse. You’ll find her enjoying a variety of activities throughout the year such as live music at ACL (Austin City Limits Music Festival), Longhorn football games, sons’ baseball games, wine tasting with friends, cooking healthy (and sometimes unhealthy) dinners with family, and experiencing all of the great outdoor options Austin presents like hiking, biking and paddleboarding. Given every chance, she heads to her happy place… the beach. She loves to dig her toes in the sand and slow down while soaking up the sun (with a hat and sunscreen!) and relaxing to the music the ocean provides.

 

Michele enjoys living in Austin, Texas with her husband, Dave, two of their combined five children and their dog, Kasey. The oldest three children are successfully charting their own paths as adults through unique and amazing adventures.

 

Michele earned a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and holds two patents for her work in cybersecurity.
