Nour Virtual Strategy Visualization Course, April 15-16, via Vanderbilt Owen

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re well. Just a heads up that Lin Wilson, our Creative Director, and I are collaborating with the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management Executive Education in Nashville and have pivoted our in-person scheduled Strategy Visualization course to a virtual one!

It’s a highly interactive, engaging, and immersive experience at the intersection of strategic design thinking, lasting change, and visual storytelling.

The premise is a simple one: most strategies, key initiatives, programs, projects, and innovation efforts are unnecessarily overcomplicated.

Particularly as we head into a season of unknowns, simplicity, clarity, and visual communication matters more than ever.

From the neuroscience of colors to the Hero’s Journey in storytelling, you’ll take one of your current projects/initiatives and learn how to make it Simple – Easy – Fast.

Simple to understand, East to internalize, and Fast to act on.

We’ll get you over your fear of drawing, prototyping, or piloting an idea through a series of curated steps, virtual collaboration in small groups, and we’ll build on visual elements and frameworks with texture, and stress test your story amongst a set of online friends.

You’ll leave the session with a dramatically more robust understanding of how to make your next presentation of an idea, more straightforward, more visual, and significantly more persuasive towards your desired outcomes.

Keep in mind, if you make people spend too many cycles to try to understand you, it’ll be difficult to get buy- or buy-in your ideas!

Lin and I are delivering an intro webinar on Tues, 3/31, at 11:30 AM EDT via IEDP. Join us and learn more about how to focus on the needs of your target audience, get crystal clear on your desired outcomes, and how to cascade your ideas up, down, and across the organization.

Here is also the link to the actual course on April 15+16. Even though we’ll be virtual, we’re committed to an exceptional experience for the course participants.

Let me know what questions we can answer for you?

Be safe, stay vigilant, and socially distant – it’s the ethical thing to do for all of us.

With my best,
